10 State Attorneys General Sue the Biden Administration Over Federal Vaccine Mandate

EASTERN DISTRICT COURT OF MISSOURI- October 31st, 2021– 10 attorneys general have filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration in response the the federal vaccine mandate. The 12-count lawsuit alleges that the vaccine mandate violated several procedural laws, as well as the Constitution of the United States.

Much like a similar lawsuit Florida filed last Thursday this lawsuit strikes at the core of the vaccine mandate. Claiming that the FAR council , which was used to conduct rule making procedures. Neglected to have a period for public comments. A violation of the lovemaking protocols.

Further claiming the mandates were not made under any legitimate authority. Stating that “Congress did not delegate the authority to dictate vaccine and mask mandates on federal contractors…”

Among Plaintiffs pray for relief are an order and judgment declaring that the guidance set forth by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force is unconstitutional. And a violation of the separation of powers.

The 10 states which filed suit are:

  5. Iowa
  6. Montana
  7. New Hampshire
  8. North Dakota
  9. South Dakota
  10. Wyoming

The federal vaccine mandate requires all federal workers, and federal contractors be fully vaccinated or receive an approved exemption by December 8th.
