No, You Don’t Have Constitutional Rights! {Exposing a Myth}

All too often I hear people talking about “constitutional rights”.

Here’s the deal, they don’t exist.

I already hear you saying: “How Dare you!?”

Allow me to explain.

Here is why this conversation NEEDS to be had!

Why YOU Don’t Have Constitutional Rights (And Don’t Want them)

Look, most people have forgotten the natural order of a law, and that is not surprising as our schools teach us nothing about the origins of law. And the frank reality is, without acknowledging the order of law, you don’t have ANY rights.

The Declaration of Independence clearly tells us:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

We are endowed by our “Creator with certain unalienable Rights.” It’s that simple, our Rights are self-evident, inherent, and as some describe them natural. Given to us by our Creator.

Here’s the catch, who is your Creator? And before I lose you, I’m not even talking religion here.

Who is Your “Creator”?

Think about the point this way, if a document can create and grant you a right, that same document can take said right away.

In fact there is a word for these “rights”, and that word is privilege.

If the Constitution is your Creator, it can grant or take away your rights. But it can’t, because its only paper!

Further the Constitution only recognizes some of your rights, that are not to be touched by the government or it’s creatures or creations. But it’s not that simple.

On the other hand, the Constitution is the “creator” of many things. The US Constitution for example creates the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Presidential Office. All of which are controlled by the document (at least in theory).

But things don’t end there, the US Constitution and Constitutions of the various states are the creators of cities, counties and even corporations. All of which are bound by the words in the Constitution and the subsequent laws, charters and rules of those bodies. And, if you don’t know any better, they can rule you too.

Think about it this way, if the president abolished the Constitution, he wouldn’t be PRESIDENT (not that he could any how). But you get the point. The President in his official capacity is bound to the US Constitution, so is your Senator, your Representatives, Sheriffs, town officials, county representatives and the list goes on and on. It is not designed to apply to you.

Stuck in the 2-Dimmentional World of Paperwork and Fictitious Beliefs

Here’s the rub, when the people in charge are bound by rules and regulations in their official capacities, and the people look to them as some sort of leader. They will use the rules that actually only apply to their office ON YOU!

And that is exactly what has been happening generation after generation. In fact, we are so deep in the 2-dimensional world of paperwork that most people have begun to believe that they are the words on paper.

As a result, the paper becomes their creator, and controller. And people are ruled by the creations (corporations) of their creation (government).

How backwards is that!?

And it’s about to get worse as we go into the realm of the digital, as people identify more and more with their digital selves, than who they actually are.

The good news is, through the simple Revelation of where rights and law comes from, we can instantly overcome the deception. And that begins with realizing the order of law.

Yet, despite the rising popularity of constitutional law, the people are becoming less informed of what real Law is.

What are Natural Rights?

Natural rights are those self-evident Rights that arise in a fair society organically. For example, you have a right to what is yours, and I have a right to what is mine. That’s the simple, inherent natural law from which our Rights derive.

While the Bill of Rights does mention some of our inherent rights, it does not mention them all.

For example the right to travel and the right to be heard. But that’s OK, because the Constitution is not the source of our rights!

In fact the Bill of Rights, much like the Constitution is primarily based on the natural law. But as the Constitution is written to govern its creations, it is made up of man made laws too. Laws which govern the Constitution’s creations.

As if this were not apparent already, Constitutional Rights are a much more popular topic in America. Very rarely do you hear anyone talk about Natural rights. But they are closer in popularity than I expected.

According to Google Trends, searches for “constitutional rights” have always exceeded searches for “natural rights”. While there appear to be some occasions where the opposite appears to be true in some states such as Florida, New Mexico and Tennessee over the last year, this strongly suggests that people are oblivious to where their rights are derived from.

Further most believe their Rights begin and end with constitutional rights, when they are truly much broader!

In Conclusion: The Myth of Constitutional Rights

Despite the popularity, the myth of constitutional rights is harmful to the People and their liberty. What they are good for is those in government who seek to control the People. After all, if you believe the laws and regulations they make which really apply to their official capacity, also apply to you. They can basically tell you to do anything that suites their needs.

Essentially, they and their creations become our creator. But, when we see the truth these tricks no longer work.

After all, your Rights come from your Creator.

So, I ask you again.
