November 7th, 2021- 6 more states have filled a petition against OSHA in Federal Court. The suit, filled in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals seeks to halt the federal vaccine mandate. Giving the Respondents until Wednesday, November 10th to respond.
So far over 20 states have sued OSHA and the Biden administration over the Emergency Temporary Standard. The 6 states joined in the suite are Kentucky, Idaho, Kansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and West Virginia. On Friday one suit led by Texas was filed in the 5th Circuit, and another with 11 states joining suit was filled in the 8th Circuit. On Saturday, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals issued a Stay Order halting the rollout of OSHA’s rules.
Ben Shapiro’s, The Daily Wire, also filed a similar petition in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
