MONTANA- AUGUST 23rd. 2021 — Montana became the first state to deem vaccine requirements as “discrimination”. And ban employers from the discrimination of employees based on vaccination status.
House Bill 702 passed the state’s Senate bans what it defines as “immunity passports”, such as those passed in NYC, Los Angeles, and San Fransisco.
According to the guidelines on the states Department of Labor and Industry:
“Prohibits discrimination in Montana based on vaccination status or possession of an immunity passport…”
The bill applies to ALL employees, of ALL businesses in Montana.
